Journey House partners with Above The Clouds

This summer we will add a 9th site to the list of locations where we hold our FREE arts and movement classes.  The Journey House (our south side site) is a community infrastructure that increases education, reduces unemployment and crime, strenghthens families and revitalizes neighborhoods.  They empower families by working with our community utilizing a self-help philosophy and we at Above The Clouds are honored and excited about this partnership.

Testimonials

"My granddaughter is 6 years old with mild cerebral palsy on her right side.  Even though she would jump and twirl around the house saying that she was a princess and a ballerina, she was a little shy about her right leg and arm and asked why she limped.  We enrolled her into Above The Clouds ballet classes in the middle of September 2011.  Since her classes began, I have noticed that she has been using her right side of her body more and helps to strengthen them.  She is starting to use the right hand to dress herself and can stand steadier on her right leg.&n
